Robert Kierzek stepped down as of May 1st, 2017, from the post of the President of the Management Board of Inter Cars, informed the company. Kierzek shall remain a members of the management board till the end of this term of office.
The chairman of the supervisory board announced that a meetings of the Supervisory Board shall be held to appoint a new president of the Management Board, and shall recommend for this position Mr Maciej Oleksowicz, member of the Management Board” - as the report says.
Mr Kierzek has been holding the post of the President from June 2010. Before he had been a vice-president of the board since 2001.
